Ad Image Fail

When I saw this ad, I kinda cocked my head and went huh? Is it telling me I'm naked because I don't get paid as an expert or I'm an expert with no clothes and I'm not getting paid? And what does having no clothes on have anything to do with not being paid - unless of course you are an expert in a different type of field ;)
